Funny Moments

Did you work from any influences when recording certain shots? Provide examples such as a side-by-side comparison Our film was based on “Scary Movie 3” but during our filming we didn’t use any certain shot. In our film you can see the basic of a person walking down a hallway meeting with a group off friends. Our film is a basic scary movie with a twist. "Diary" entries detailing the production process, including photos and videos Difficulties encountered along the way "A-ha" moments or learning experiences A fun “A-ha” moment with our films will be the laughter the feeling of doing something fun and also getting a good grade. Changes and revisions made to the project during production Outtakes or "bloopers" We have many bloopers because its funny when we make mistakes. With what we are doing we are learning we could never be real actors well not me.

Journal

So far filming has been fun with many bloopers and laughs. When I thought of filming it seems so easy but in reality, there so much more to it. Me and my group has been filming for a week now. Filming was the best part because it was fun. There was many bloopers and funny moments that we caught. Even though it took a good couple of weeks to do it we were still able to do it and have fun. Me and my group was able to spend a lot more time together and get to know each other more and we became good friends. We were also in other students’ film which was also interesting because we got to know other and be able to experience something fun during the time, we are going through at this age with Covid-19. I feel we put a lot of time and work into this filming and I feel it would be worth it in the end if we actually got a good grade. Editing was fun because you get to watch what you been working on for weeks turn into something worth waiting for in the long run. We did a lot of different shot

Process On The Scenes

What kind of technology did you use during the process? We didn’t use much technology for our project. We used our phones to film different shots and scene. We used a computer screen as a green screen for the game. We will use WeVideo to edit our film together, so it doesn’t look messy. The process was fun and funny we captured many bloopers that we will add to the end of our video if we can. The videos are off because of out costumes we wear normal clothes but since its 3 different days the clothes are not the same but that is our fault. What did you learn about using production technologies (cameras, lights, etc.)? We learned that it is hard to get the right lighting and angles. It took many shots to get a good angle and make it look like there was no cut. The lighting was hard to find because it was just natural lighting causing it took all look the same. The lighting does play a big part but I’m sure the editing can fix the lighting. Did you consult any sources to learn h

Storyboard Information!!

Image
What do your preliminary storyboards look like for the film? The storyboard beginnings with a character walking by herself in a hotel when her two friends pop out and scare her, they begin to laugh and go back to there room.   When the lights start to flicker one and off and they all jump and get scared. Two of the character say they should go back to the room, but the other character wants to look at what going on. You should include at least a few storyboarded shots. What is the shooting schedule for your film opening? The shooting schedule for our fil opening will be in weekdays from 2:00-6:00 pm. Trying to finish the film will be hard because of the setting we will be shooting at. Filming at this time will take long because of school hours. What technology will you need in order to begin shooting? The different technology we will need is camera, Tripod, Mobile Phone and Lights. We need all these so we can make our film look professional. The camera and tripod are what

Mise-en-scene!!

Image
What will your film look, feel, and sound like? Why? Our film will look like a stereotypical horror movie with dim lights and small areas. The feeling of our film will be like goosebumps going up your back and down your arms. There will be different sounds such as dramatic music, footsteps and doors opening. How will you achieve it? The ways I will achieve this is by working hard and getting my work done. If we stay on topic then we are more likely to get our work done and pass with a good grade. In order to finish and achieve how I want my grade to turn out then I will have to get everything perfect enough for our short film.     Consider all the aspects of mise-en-scene. Provide examples of title sequences, screenshots, images, and/or audio samples to show what is in your imagination. mise-en-scene Will you record any sounds during production (dialogue, ambient sound, etc.)? If so, how? With our film we want to insert a clip of footstep for a part of the killer walking
